Asia Smart City Conference 2014
1. Objective
The City of Yokohama held the 3rd Asia Smart City Conference (ASCC) and related events on Oct 29-30, 2014. It aims a global platform to share best practices, technologies and expertise and to discuss actions and challenges of sustainable, resilient and competitive urban development among representatives of emerging Asian countries and international organizations.
The conference was a part of Smart City Week 2014, international conference and exhibition which attracts over 50,000 global participants including representatives of national and local governments of Japan and companies from all over the world.
